Flame Of Love Hot Massage Oil CandlesWhile lovers have been pouring hot wax on their partners for centuries, this activity always fell into the realm of the mildly sadistic and was generally not to the taste of ‘normal’ people who just weren’t into that kind of thing. This product however artfully bridges the gap between the very naughty and the highly romantic by combining aromatherapy with massage and a touch of heat. The tin which holds the 4oz soy and coconut oil candle is attractive and there are three different varieties to suit your taste including ‘Seduce Me’, a blended scent of vanilla and bean, ‘Desire Me’, the cinnamon and spice scented candle and our favorite, ‘Pleasure Me’, which is a tropical infusion of aromas. The comprehensive usage directions conveniently located on the bottom of the tin suggest you let the candle burn for 20 to 30 minutes, blow out the flame and then pour the melted wax directly on your partner’s skin. While this sounds a little scary due to the heat involved, the candle ‘wax’ (massage oil) doesn’t really get terribly hot and poses no danger to your massage partner. While the ‘Seduce Me’ and ‘Pleasure Me’ candles were simply delicious, we found the scent of the ‘Desire Me’ a little overpowering and wouldn’t recommend it. One further note of caution however is that if you have perfume allergies, you may want to avoid this product as it gave one of our reviews a rash as a result of this. All in all this product is sure to add a bit of spice to your love life and while the massage oil is not exactly the professional grade you would find in the Kama Sutra line and does get a little sticky over time, you don’t get the hot wax effect or the sumptuous aromas with that latter product either. Therefore we feel this is a great product and highly recommend it. $14.95 |
