Sexercise
We all know that a certain measure of physical fitness is required
to perform many of the sexual gymnastics we might envision ourselves
attempting; however, there are many other ways in which overall
fitness levels affect our sex lives. From stamina issues, to erection
attainment and maintenance, to basic physical attractiveness, our
physical vigor is often central to enjoying a healthy and varied
sex life. We all know that we should be exercising more - but often
find ourselves making excuses: I don't have time to go to the gym,
it's too expensive, I don't have the right equipment, etc. The following
is an attempt to categorize a few inexpensive options you can utilize
in or near your home which will allow you to target specific areas
of interest in reference to sexuality.
Weight loss & stamina enhancing activities:
While we stated that we wished to target specific areas of concern,
it has been our experience that targeted training as applies
to weight loss is usually less than successful. That is to say that
if you have a larger tummy than you would wish to, doing a bunch
of sit-ups would serve your goal of shedding pounds in this area
less well than a general cardio-vascular activity such as running
might. While any amount of physical exertion aids in the expenditure
of calories and therefore the reduction of weight, there are certainly
those that do a better job than others. Another bonus of weight
loss activities is that they are exactly the same as those which
increase stamina - so pay special attention to this category.

Running - as previously mentioned, there are few activities
which do the trick more ably than running. This is not to say
that all forms of running are equally good however. You will
find you will have significantly less success with sprinting
vs. distance running. Start out with short distances - perhaps
1 kilometer - and gradually extend it as far as you want. Soon
enough you'll discover you will be able to run 10km without
too much difficulty. One thing to remember: good shoes are essential!
You don't want to sideline yourself due to injury just when
you are making some good progress, all because you didn't want
to spend a little more money than you had planned. Running is
one of the least expensive and most rewarding sports you can
engage in
don't scrimp on the little bit of required
equipment.

Stair Climbing - this is another excellent and inexpensive
activity you may engage in using the same equipment you purchased
for running (unless of course you wish to purchase a stair climber
apparatus). One of the more common difficulties with stair climbing
you must bear in mind however, is the tendency to work too hard
and put your body into an anaerobic vs. the fat burning zone
you want to be in. Always check your breathing
if you
can't talk relatively comfortably, slow it down a little.
